Refund policy
At Micromories, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. This policy is designed to comply with international consumer protection laws and governs all purchases made through our store.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (“CHANGE OF MIND” RETURNS)
In accordance with international e-commerce regulations, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to request a return if they are not satisfied with the product for any personal reason.
Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Costs: For returns based on a "change of mind" or personal preference, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Micromories does not provide prepaid labels for these instances.
Procedure: You must initiate the process by contacting us at support@micromories.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. 30-DAY WARRANTY FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
We offer a specific 30-day commercial warranty for items that arrive defective, damaged, or are incorrectly shipped.
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at support@micromories.com.
Resolution: Upon verification of the defect (which may require photographic or video evidence), we will provide a replacement or a full refund. In confirmed cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, Micromories will handle the necessary arrangements to rectify the issue.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS AND EXCEPTIONS
For health, safety, and legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Personal care and hygiene goods (such as beauty products or jewelry).
Items purchased during "Final Sale" events or gift cards.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
4. EXCHANGES
The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the steps in Section 1) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time (often 3–5 business days) to process and post the refund to your account.
